Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Eastgate Portal, operated by Eastgate Tours. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. Partner accounts are additionally governed by the B2B Partner Agreement.

1. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful travel-trade purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

2. Accounts

Access to partner features requires an approved account. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you must keep your details accurate.

3. Bookings via the booking system

Tours are booked and paid for through our trusted third-party booking system, which redirects from the Platform. Those bookings are subject to that system's and the tour's own terms, availability, and cancellation policies. Prices shown on the Platform are indicative and confirmed only at booking.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Platform to break the law or infringe others' rights;
• interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
• copy, scrape, or redistribute Platform content except as needed to serve your customers.

5. Intellectual property

All Platform content and branding belong to Eastgate Tours or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use it solely to promote and sell the associated tours.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastgate Tours is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions can be sent to portal@eastgatetours.com.
