Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to Eastgate Tours bookings. The charge depends on how many days before arrival the cancellation is received.

Cancellation charges

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Cancellations from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations from 14 days up to 3 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Non-shows or cancellations 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
