B2B Partner Agreement

This B2B Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your agency's access to and use of Eastgate Portal (the "Platform"), operated by Eastgate Tours. By registering for or using a partner account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of your agency.

1. Eligibility

Eastgate Portal is reserved for licensed travel agencies and bona fide travel-trade businesses. By registering, you represent that your agency is duly registered and licensed to operate in its jurisdiction and that the person accepting this Agreement is authorised to bind the agency.

2. Your partner account

Accounts are approved at Eastgate Tours's discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Accounts may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.

3. Role of the Platform

Eastgate Portal is a discovery and management layer: it presents curated tours, offers, and destinations for you to explore. Bookings and payments are completed on our trusted third-party booking system, not within the Platform. Eastgate Tours is the tour operator; the Platform itself does not process payments or hold booking funds.

4. Pricing, coupons, and discounts

Tour prices are indicative and are drawn live from the booking system; they may change at any time and are only confirmed at the point of booking. Where your agency has been issued a partner coupon, the discounted price shown to you is an estimate based on the live price. The actual discount is applied by the booking system when you enter your coupon code at checkout.

Coupons are personal to your agency, non-transferable, and may be varied or withdrawn at our discretion. They confer no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless we state so.

5. Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to the terms, availability, and cancellation policies of the booking system and the applicable tour. You are responsible for the accuracy of the booking details you submit and for collecting the correct amounts from your own customers. Eastgate Tours is not party to your agreements with your customers.

6. Your obligations

You agree that your agency will:

• represent tours, prices, and availability accurately to your customers and not make misleading claims;
• use the Platform only for legitimate travel-trade purposes and in compliance with applicable law;
• not scrape, resell, or systematically extract Platform content or data except as needed to serve your customers;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or the booking system.

7. Confidentiality

Net rates, partner coupons, and any non-public information made available to you through the Platform are confidential. You will not disclose them to third parties other than as strictly necessary to serve your customers, and you will protect them with reasonable care.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including text, imagery, itineraries, and branding — is owned by Eastgate Tours or its licensors and is provided to you solely to promote and sell the associated tours. No other licence is granted.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for handling your own customers' personal data lawfully and for providing them with any required notices.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastgate Tours disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Term and termination

This Agreement applies for as long as you hold a partner account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement, misuse, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use of your partner account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and contact
